Default not low carb

When I wasn't low carb... a favorite 1 pot meal was:

1 cup of long grain rice (par boiled or uncle ben's usually)Basmatic or
jasmine if I felt like gourmet.

1 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup (Campbell's)

5.5 oz of water

several to 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into bite sizes pieces

salt, pepper to taste.

All this plus 1/2 sliced yellow onion and some sliced mushrooms...

perhaps a diced garlic clove or three, bell pepper, diced carrot, celery
depending on how I felt.

All Chucked into the ricemaker and stirred well...just before serving
stir in some handfulls of frozen peas...

You could probably bake this in a oven. But I have a rice maker so why
not?

Served me twice... so probably serves 4.
