Default Carob Fudge

My changes are in []. Enjoy

Carob Fudge

1 c honey
1 c peanut butter
1 c roasted carob powder
1/2 c chopped dates
1/2 c sesame seeds
1 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c shredded coconut

Grease an 8" x 8" pan and line with wax paper, grease again [one
greasing is enough, works with silicone bakeware]. In medium saucepan
combine honey and peanutbutter. Melt over medium heat, stirring just
until mixture bubbles. Quickly remove from heat and stir in carob power
and dates. Mix in sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and coconut. Stir
until mixtuire is uniform. Transfer to pan and refrigerate until firm,
about 2 hours. To remove, run a knife [do not do this if using silicone
bakeware] carefull around sides of pan and invert. Peel off wax paper
and cut into small squares. Keep refrigerated as it soon softens.

A two faced, low-life, sorry excuse for a person, posting on
rec.food.cooking steals other posters' pics posing them as their own.
The same two faced piece of crap likes to harass other posters and is an
internet stalker. This gutless wonder tries to use intimidation to
harass other posters on rec.food.
