Default leftovers for dinner again -- pix

Here's what I ate tonight: http://i1.tinypic.com/s27keb.jpg

That's smoked sausage inside a grass-fed beef meatloaf wrap with soba
noodles and asparagus and some mashed avocado along side. The sauce
on the noodles and meat was a mix of leftover things including a
ginger-based barbecue sauce.

Michael, sometimes I think you are possessed by the devil! But, then, a lot
of folks might say the same about my plates of food. <veg>

LOL! I thought it was a shank bone -- marrow bone inside. :-)

I'll have the green stuffs, please. Yum.

And when can we see your plates of food?

Christine, what I'm cooking these days for WW days wouldn't merit a picture.
It's usually a pile of brocoli, asparagus, or green beans, along with grilled
chicken breast or lean pork chop. Other times might be just a big salad of
mixed greens and the low fat blue cheese dressing that I make.

Yes, let me know when. I'm sure we could get together.
