Can anyone tell me what is the best way to clean an outdoor BBQ? Thanks.

Are you asking about a gas grille?

I called the Weber company last week to get some replacement grates for
our 2 yr. old BBQ because the original equipment set (porcelain coated)
has chipped badly. Luckily they were under warrantee.

The customer service rep I spoke to recommended leaving the burners on
"high" for 15 minutes after the food is removed, then allowing the
grates to cool completely and scrubbing them with a brass-bristle brush.
(We usually do the scrubbing before we cook the next time, which she
said was acceptable.)

If you are asking about the outside of the grille, I'd spray with an
ammonia-based cleaner to cut the grease, then wipe well with a soapy
sponge and rinse with the hose.
