Grilled Chicken w/ black bean and tequilla sauce
 

Just a dish I remember eating before, it was really tasty.

You grill the dead chicken breast, reduce a little tequilla in a sautee
pan
ad a little butter, a little lime, a splash of cilantro...fresh
tomatoes (not too much tomatoe)
ad the black beans to the pan...stir a tad...then dump them on a juicy
grilled polla breast

maybe also serve with, cous cous, and asparagus.
