Default Prime Rib--again

just want to thank everybody who responded on my floater........
never cooked prime rib before, only ate it at restaurants.....so i didnt
know....
(wasnt planning on having that crew for breakfast......if they did all
they'd get would be Folgers classic coffee and homemade sausage (i cheat...i
use ground beef and then spices...nobody has never complained)...i love cold
pizza for breakfast, along with pancakes made from scratch, Vermont Maple
Syrup, omlets of all kinds....and two eggs sunny side up with
sausage....(prefer homemade)and sometimes homemade bread---too heavy)
might try cooking a medium rare sirloin tip on my open rotisseri....a
12-15#....
I've done it...takes all day.....smother it in homemade bbq sauce.......
(did it years ago for an italian girl and her family....the family showed up
but no girl...had a good time
they brought the cheeses, wine and antipasto...love the italians)
crusty
