Hey Damsel! I did it!
Made a box of scalloped potatoes to go with my meatloaf
for dinner tonight. Now I can stop wondering how on earth they can put scalloped potatoes in a box. (smile) They weren't bad, pretty good for something you just mix together and bake! Mystery solved. Next week, potatoes au gratin. nancy |

And if you don't try to compare them to the homemade version (which is an 'apples and oranges' thing, IMHO), they can be quite tasty.
