Default Hey Damsel! I did it!

Made a box of scalloped potatoes to go with my meatloaf
for dinner tonight.

Now I can stop wondering how on earth they can put
scalloped potatoes in a box. (smile) They weren't bad,
pretty good for something you just mix together and
bake!

Mystery solved. Next week, potatoes au gratin.

Very cool! I'm glad you liked them. They're very handy for when you
don't have time or energy to cook from scratch.

Or when you don't have potatoes and don't feel like going to the store

Yay, a convert! ;-)

And if you don't try to compare them to the homemade version (which
is an 'apples and oranges' thing, IMHO), they can be quite tasty. I
like a couple of the "Noodle Roni" products too...
