Default Foodways / Food history

For those interested in food history or North American foodways, you
might want to check out Food History News. http://foodhistorynews.com/
The site's pretty good but the newsletter is much better: well written,
well documented. Can't say I'd want to spring for a subscription
($25 for 4 issues) but the back issues are a good deal. I just got the
whole set (1989 to current) for $85
Good reading if you like that sort of thing.
