Default Is a recipe teaspoon a flat teaspoon, or a heaping teaspoon?

Hi,

The Brewers Yeast powder that I put in my protein drink states that
(1) teaspoon = 7 grams protein.

Sooooo, I put in (2) VERY HEAPING teaspoons of Brewers Yeast.

How many grams protein does that add to my protein drink?.. 14?

Thanks for the answers!

Probably nearly twice that. You need to measure flat spoons in order to know
the accurate volume.

Good answer, Wayne, Thank you!

Because the actual soy protein that I bought has 10 grams of protein
per scoop instead the original 25 grams! darned cheaters!!

New motto - we never raise prices, we just shrink the size of the
