Default REC - Coconut Playdough (for the little ones)

Coconut Playdough

Recipe By amsel
Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00
Categories : candies

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 egg white
3 cups powdered sugar -- sifted
1 tablespoon light cream
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
1 1/2 cups coconut -- flaked

1. Beat egg white until stiff.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, one at a time, in order.
3. Mix well and let dry 30 minutes.
4. Divide into portions and add desired food colorings.

Damsel, would you mind if I posted this to alt.support.celiac? People
often ask for non-gluten containing playdough recipes for their kids
and I don't recall anything like this one! It sounds great.
