Default Cooktop 36 inch

I am gutting an old townhouse and creating a new kitchen. The kitchen is
modest size 16 feet wide by 9 feet deep. I will probably put lazy susan
corner cabinets which require 3 feet on each side. The center would then
allow for a 36" cooktop with a potential 30 inch oven under neath (or
storage). I will install a range hood for grilling, and I'm curious whether
anyone has experience with comparing a 6-burner with a 4-burner with a
grill. I think that it might be difficult to (a) clean the grill portion,
and (b) to get could heat disbursement over the grates. Would it be better
to get a grill that spans two burners and then clean it separately in the
sink?

Also, I'm wonder whether a 5-burner setup would be better with the large
wok-syle burner in the center (for also boiling pasta water). I'm thinking
that a small induction unit would be great for sauces, and then the 5
burners would be perfect.

Any thoughts on this?

You have decided on this....what could anyone offer?

just remember that a 36" with grill will require a 1200cfm external
fan to vent.

Are you installing two lazysuzans "stacked" (one under the the kitchen
counter and one above the kitchen counterspace to the ceiling?

I have this design. The bottom two levels hold my portable electric
kitchen appliances and the paper towel stand. The top three tier is all
spices and recipe box holder, etc.

That's not exactly true. Maybe the entire lazy suzan cabinet is 36
inches across - corner to corner, but it's a CORNER cabinet not a
regular cabinet. Consider the "pie cut" style It looks like a
regular corner when closed, but the lazy suzan table pops out for easy
access when rotated.
