Keeping simple syrups
While doing this film shoot, I made a couple simple syrups, one plain and
one vanilla, for the coffee tray. I did it this way because it was less messy than letting them spoon sugar! but that's besides the point. What I'm wondering is...how long will it keep? I keep it in a jar in the fridge. Thanks :-) kimberly |

A true simple syrup (fully saturated solution) can do fine at room temp. Just like in every bar. Pastorio |

I've never managed to keep simple syrup around for that long. Michael http://cooking4engineers.blogspot.com |
