is available. Barbara Kafka, "Microwave Gourmet." Hopefully it will be
there when I get there today and not floating around in space. Can't wait.
She has several other books, too.

I'm a little behind in my rfc reading, but I'm pleased you found it.
I find it to be an excellent resource for MW cooking. I also have her
Microwave Gourmet Healthstyle Cookbook which I've never used. I'm
quite certain that says more about me than about the book ;-) And I
have her Roasting book (not MW, natch) which I like a lot.
