I made this casserole awhile ago. It was a modification of cabbage
rolls using swiss chard. The stuffing was a ground beef and tomatoed
rice mixture. The rolls were covered with roasted tomato sauce then
topped with motzarella cheese. I served it with herbed tomato bread
that was made in a breadmaker but baked in the oven.
