Question about Coconut: Dried vs. Frozen
I would like to make some Puerto Rican spice cookies and the recipe that I have
requests dried unsweetened coconut. My local grocery story only carries frozen shredded coconut. I wonder if I can substitute that for the dried unsweetened coconut. Thanks. |
