Quorn?

Hark! I heard (Naomi Darvell) say:

At first I thought you'd misspelled "corn"! So I looked and found:

http://www.quorn.us/

"...leading premium brand of meat-free foods..."

Seems there's a store nearby that sells their products, I'll have
to check it out. I have nothing against meat, per se, I'm just keeping
an eye out for lower calories and fat...

Tried a package (the faux "breaded chicken patty") and found it okay.
But, despite the promotion of its natural ingredients, it remains
highly-processed. It certainly is not inexpensive. As someone who will
eat meat and poultry, I decided a nice piece of free-range chicken
worked just as well (if not better) and certainly did not cost any
more.
