Apricot/Nut Wedding Cookies

I'm looking for a recipe for the apricot and/or nut filled cookies that
always seem to show up at weddings. I think the dough is rolled out
and cut into squares, then the corners are folded over just past the
center to make two pointed ends. I usually see them filled with
apricot, but sometimes with nut or cheese. If anybody has a recipe (or
even knows what they're called), I would aprreciate it.

Thanks,
Chris
