Resulting drink looked like the dark toxic elixir flooding the NO
punchbowl, but had the sweet taste of future hopes.

Nawlin's Floodwater

In a FEMA drinking cup, fill with donated 7-11 ice cubes.

Add:
4 oz gin
4 oz pomegranate juice
2-3 dashes Licor 43 (scarce as Federal aid)
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters (look for a bottle floating by)

Mix and garnish with promises of Bouche investigation.
