Sour Cream / Tofu Zucchini Bread
Hello, I'm new here.
I'm looking for a zucchini bread recipe that uses tofu in place of sour cream as one of the main ingredients. Many thanks for any recipes you may know of. |

What item would the tofu replace? I would just start substituting. That's what I did with scones... substituted yogurt for butter. |
