chinese crispy pork belly recipe
 

Anyone got a good recipe for probably my favourite way *ever* to eat
belly pork? It's my all time favourite Chinese dish. Well that and Deep
fried shredded crispy Chilli beef. :-D
I though about slow roasting the pork strips in an oven for a couple of
hours, over a pan of water.
Also what about seasoning.
