Grilled Flank Steak

Squidward: "I think I'm going to like this." 1-1/2# flank steak or similar cut *Marinade* 1/4 C. soy sauce 3 T. honey 2 T. vinegar 1/3 C. olive oil 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 T. ground ginger (or fresh) 1 green onion, chopped Combine all marinade ingredients, blending well. Poke a few holes in meat before covering with marinade; keep cold and let steak marinate at least 24 hours before grilling.
