Hand crank dough roller
Does anyone know a source for a hand crank dough roller to make thin crust
pizza? I can find plenty of large commercial ones. I want to make 15 or 16 inch pizzas and rolling with a rolling pin is just hard. Thanks Nick |

Put the dough on a piece of parchment paper that's a bit bigger than the final size. You may have to overlap 2 pieces. Put plastic wrap on top and roll. Remove plastic wrap and slide the dough on the paper into the oven. I assume you know about letting the dough relax. -- Peter Aitken Visit my recipe and kitchen myths page at www.pgacon.com/cooking.htm |
