caseload is increasing.

2003 incidence of food-borne illness may have been lower than previous
yearly averages.

I highly recommend anyone interested in food-borne illness check out the
USDA's website on food-borne illness and food safety at
http://peaches.nal.usda.gov/foodborn.../FBI_Stats.asp
rather than going to some stupid lawyer website as you suggest...
