What are you talking about? More and more cases where? does not suggest that the
caseload is increasing. suggests that the
2003 incidence of food-borne illness may have been lower than previous
yearly averages.

I highly recommend anyone interested in food-borne illness check out the
USDA's website on food-borne illness and food safety at
rather than going to some stupid lawyer website as you suggest...
