Default ideas for using this spice blend

On one of his many travels my husband picked up a spice blend that
smells *wonderful*. Any ideas for using it?

coriander, nutmeg, caraway, cinnamon, cloves

Sounds like a sausage spice blend. Or you could use it in Swedish meatballs.

Are the spices whole, or ground together?
