Default Brisket

Soak in beer all afternoon.
Throw some charcoal in the Webber with a little apple wood.
Get that really hot and let it die down mostly then throw on the
brisket. Seer on both sides, let cook about 1/2 hour each side then
remove from grill and put in a cooking bag and cook overnight on 250
degrees. Best ever brisket...
