Default avocado oil

It's expensive ($15 for a small bottle) but I'm wondering if anyone uses it,
and on what - and is it worth the price?

In Arkansas it's a jar of Crisco and a plastic drop cloth.

It's very good on a tossed green salad with a bit of lime juice and some
crumbled blue cheese, i also add it to artichoke bread when i make it.
It make a nice pesto (however untraditional) sofregit, moussaka, just
about any way you would use olive oil for flavour you can use avocado
oil.

I have two bottles, one blood orange, and one lime. I use the blood orange
with fish and salad dressings, the lime with chicken, carne asada, fajitas.

I love them both
