Name of Recipe
My friend is trying to learn the name of a recipe which has the
following ingredients: It is apparently a Welsh dish. Comprises mashed potatoes, onions, corned beef and maybe some flour. The potatoes and onions are cooked, mixed with the cornbeef and all is then made into balls and deep-fried. Any suggestions please? Regards, Emrys Davies. |

Emrys, you might want to post your question on the newsgroup uk.food+drink.misc to see if anyone can name the recipe. Dora |
