Vitamin content of sweet potatoes after refrigeration.
I usually microwave a fresh sweet potato at night to save time for my
lunch the next day. After refrigeration, does the sweet potato lose some of its vitamins? I want to make sure i'm eating the sweet potato with the vitamins retained. Thanks. |
