Remember the cheesemaking thread? Well, I ordered a book from "The Good
Cook", and it came today. I can't wait to get started! Still looks pretty
complicated, but the varieties - it has *everything*! I probably ought to
start off with something less exotic until I get the hang of it. There's one
for homemade strawberry swiss - WoW!

The book, by the way, is called "Home Cheese Making", and it's written by
Ricki Carroll.
