MY Most FAVORITE Recipe

I take tomatoes, onions, garlic, black and green olives. I mash it all
with a fork (some would use a food processor), add ranch dressing to
it, stir, and serve it with hard toast. It Is So Good!!!

Oh my! That sounds yummy! I think I'll try it, using slices of cucumber
instead of toast or crackers.

I was right there with you up to the ranch dressing. I'd use cream cheese,
yogurt, or an oil-and-vinegar dressing (such as Italian) instead.

Hi, It doesn't have a name (that I know of), I made it up. My husband
is a vegetarian (I'm on Atkins), so I have to always come up with
something different.

It sounds like a version of taponade. I'd lose the
ranch dressing and try it with a nice
oil/vinegar myself.
