Default Laurie Colwin

I wanted to thank whoever in this newsgroup (I really don't remember
who, sorr) recommended Laurie Colwin's "Homecooking". I bought it,
loved reading it, and definitely cook from it! I subsequently bought
"More Homecooking" and liked it a lot too. I recently made her rice
and lemon pudding (slow cooked in the oven in half-and-half), it was a
hit. She's definitely my type of cook - from scratch, with shortcuts,
quirky and unformal :-)
