Changing from Char Diamonds to Flavor Bars
 

I have an MHP WNK BBQ. I wonder if I could replace the Char Diamonds
that I got from Home Depot with Flavor Bars made for another BBQ. Of
course the size has to be right but I wonder if there is anything in
the flame/burner mechanisms that would prohibit the use of flavor
bars. There are places online to get them fairly cheaply.

I have this feeling the flavor bars are more efficient and get hotter
than the Char Diamonds. Has anyone tried this?
