CLEANING THE LIDS
I like to use food jars for storing barley, spices, etc. Perfect sized jars are pickle jars and spaghetti-sauce jars. How do I get the lingering smell out of the screw-cap ? I've tried washing, soaking, soaking in baking soda solution..... No luck so far. The pickle lid still smells pickly ! ???? <rj> |
