Default Sub-Zero v. GE Freezer/Fridge

I want to have a built-in fridge and freezer in my kitchen. A friend of
mine has a Sub-Zero fridge and freezer (601R and 601F) next to each
other. I checked out the price on these things, and they list for over
three thousand each.

Frigidaire makes a similar fridge/freezer pair. The Sub-Zero units are
about 20 cu. ft. each, while the Frigidaires are roughly 17 cu. ft. The
Frigidaire units list for about a thousand each.

My question: can the Sub-Zero fridge and freezer possibly be worth that
much more?
