I had a hankering for pancakes this morning, but wanted to
try something different. I was going to have some oatmeal porridge anyway, so I made that. Instead of eating the porridge I let it cool a bit and added about a cup of it to the pancake batter. They were delicious. My wife said they were even better than buttermilk pancakes. |
