Default First decorated cake

Haha! I have no shame whatsoever! Here's a link to
a picture of it.

I saw something like it in a cake decoration book at
Borders and then when I went back for a second look,
it was gone. The cake itself is Hershey's Perfectly
Chocolate cake in an 8" and 9" pan. For the icing I
used shortening instead of butter (which I prefer)
and clear imitation vanilla to keep it as white as
possible, stirred in with powdered sugar. I pressed
coconut into it after the fact.

The cake represents my first experience with Marzipan
and paste coloring, which I used for the coal and
scarf.
