Default Slovak recipe includes package of baking powder

Greetings. I was given a small book "Slovak Cooking." A recipe I
wanted to try for 'Fried Eggs with Beer Coating' calls for "1 pkg.
baking powder."

Never heard of premeasured/prepackaged baking powder, so I'm not
sure how that translates into teaspoons or tablespoons, etc.

Anyone ideas? TIA!

In Germany (and I'd assume in the rest of Europe), a packet of baking
powder contains enought for 500 grams of flour. I don't have any
leftover here so I'm not sure exactly how much that is.

The sachets of Dr Oetker baking powder (from Canada) have written on
them: "1 pouch contains 4 teaspoons. Sufficient for 4 cups of flour."
The weight in the sachet is 14 g or 1/2 oz and four cups of flour weigh
about 500 g or one lb.
