Yes, you can reply, BUT !!
 

With the new Beta system you can reply (scroll down to the bottom ot that
particular message, and click on "Reply") but it takes 6 to 9 hours to get any
message posted now. I sent a complaint.

However, if you want to send Google a message, here is their "Contact Us"
e-mail address:

That happened with the old version too... in fact 6 - 9
hours is optimistic.

I didn't experience that at all. It seemed as though posts went out in
short order. I've been using the google service periodically, as
recently as Monday, when our news is out.
