Sketty Squash with sauce

Tonight it's spagghetti squash with an improved store tomato/red pepper
sauce...Mostly I added cubed keilbasa sausage, mushrooms and some
marjoram...Keilbasa works well in this kind thing. Made enough for lunch
tomorrow...Now which shredded cheese to top with?
