Default Recommendations for eateries - SW Denver

I'm going out to Denver in two weeks. I'll be staying in the
Southwest, a bit further out than the Littleton area.
Anyone have any eatery suggestions? Except for Mexican, I'm OK with
much of anything. A mid-range place is fine, since I'm eating alone. -

If you have a car and are feeling adventurous, try The Fort
in Morrison, just off Hampden Ave (rte 285) in the first
row of foothills. All kinds of game (the roast buffalo
rib is hard to beat.) Not cheap, but an adventure.

Unless you go to downtown Denver, the metro area is
mostly chain restaurants.

Pick up a copy of the (free) Westword weekly. They
list restaurants by area and ethnicity.
