I've noticed that many 1980's cops and robber shows have this investigaator that says something similar to: 'do you think we just fell off an orange truck?"

What does that mean?

The later generation computer programmers and hardware folk are definitely on it - especially for us over-the-hill folk. To better put it - what show can't be played on a media player, now?
