Beef cheeks seasoned with cumin, chile pepper, onion, and garlic
braised for 3 hours until they securely stick to the kitchen wall
when thrown.

Assembled onto fresh-cooked flour tortillas with Herdez Salsa
Casera, cilantro, and red onion. "Authentic" German potato salad in
the center (ingredients imported from Germany).
