Best Grilled Cheese
 

Decided to have grilled cheese tonight. When getting the cheese out of
the fridge I noticed I had some of the Bourbon, bacon,onion I made a
couple of weeks ago. OMG, was that good!

I posted the recipe a few weeks back. It was a nice combo on sourdough
bread.

Actually, i'll opt for the half pint Dewars and Coke.

The corner bakery makes a grown up grilled cheese that is outstanding.
It had apple smoked cheddar, feta and and sun dried tomatoes. In
addition to those great ingredients, the sandwiches are made with their
own whole grain bread.

I love using different types of cheeses to make grilled cheese
sandwiches. I must have missed the post about this bourbon, bacon,
onion stuff. Sourdough bread is excellent for grilled cheese. :)
