Could be like the ball dropping for New Year's. A countdown to when he
get enough replies (especially from those nymshifters whom he can't
resist) before his fingers hit the keyboard again telling everyone to
F*** Off.

Meanwhile, I'm doing something more interesting like planning tomorrow's
dinner. I'm thinking sole piccata.

We had baked chicken legs, baked potato and.... in your honour...
steamed asparagus.

Tomorrow we will be having wild salmon fillets.... and asparagus.

Good thing I love asparagus. I stopped by the grocery store this morning
to get some cereal and some bananas and they were selling small bundles
of asparagus for $1, so about $2 a pound. It looked nice so it was too
good a deal to turn down. And... being a small bundle, we could use it
up and not have to eat it two days in a row.

As it turned out, my wife did some grocery shopping elsewhere and she
could not resist picking up a pound for $2.

I"m not a huge fan of salmon (except when I'm making salmon patties) but
I do love asparagus.

I still have some lovely fresh zucchini that is calling my name.

Why not?

To go with the sole piccata tomorrow night I'm thinking I should cut the
zucchini into quarters lengthwise, rub with oil and dredge in the
seasoned flour and cornmeal coating used for the sole. To be roasted in
the oven and served alongside the sole piccata.

Apparently a lot of people dislike salmon. I love it and have it almost
weekly. I prefer wild Pacific, but Atlantic or farmed is much better
than no salmon at all.

It's nice sliced in rounds, blanched and then fried in a little olive
oil and a little freshly grated Parmesan on top.

Hey Hank! I have a question. Perhaps you can help.

One of the two lowest-ranking trolls here (Bruce & Pamela) has accused
the other of faking a post from me, which was actually a post I made.

Should I feel honoured or insulted?

The last time Pamela returned, I was planning on taking it easy on her
because of how stupid she ended up looking the previous time I helped her
out with her net-sleuthing. I felt sort of responsible because I let her
have enough to rope to trip over, but instead she ended up hog-tying
herself into a most undignified position.

What should I do? I feel like I should no longer try to be Mr. Nice Gut.
