Default You would not BELIEVE the Friday evening I'm having!
Suffice to say I am very well fed with one VSTD Meal composed of fresh broccoli and tender asparagus nuked in water in an Anchor Hocking glass bowl and lid, buttered and salted on a bed of Brown Rice and my homemade Sweet and Spicy Beans! YUM!! :-)

I am nothing if I am not very well fed! :-)
