Default Big Artichokes

I steamed these monsters in an eight quart stew pot. My SIL bought them. We
will eat them cold with either melted butter or mayo. I´ve never cooked
artichokes that were nearly this big before. Steamed, they smell like
artichokes, and that´s a good thing.
Three of us and two of them. We´ll see how that goes. They barely fit in a
gallon ziplock.
