I don't know what end result you're after, but just make Key lime pie
filling, chill, sprinkle with the requisite amount of sugar, and flame
the tops.

Th International Standards Organization has a recipe for Key Lime Creme Brulee???

I could understand one for, say, chocolate chip cookies.
