My youngest granddaughter´s birthday is one day later. She´s a Groundhog!
We bought her a set of tires.

Birthday dinners are for whatever someone likes.
Next birthday, I'm going to McDonald's, dammit.

I think for your birthday you can treat yourself to something better
than that fercoctah mystery meat. Do a seafood take out from a local
diner; catch of the day with a pile of coleslaw, and a few brewskies.
Stop at a bakery to pick up a small birthday cake... one year I bought
an iced cupcake, put a candle in it and sang Happy Birthday to myself.
I made a wish to meet a cute girl with perfect bosoms and blew out the
candle, I don't make wishes on birthday candles anymore.

Nah. I like their food...since about 1960 when the first one showed up
in my area.

A birthday dinner from there would be a tasty one to me especially this
next June. I haven't had any McDonalds anything for well over a year
now. Didn't go once in 2020.

I need to fix that.

Wikipedia says SPAM is "pork with ham, salt, water, sugar, sodium nitrite and potato starch".

I wonder if it's the sodium nitrite that makes it as bad for you as
smoking, according to the WHO.
