To support my local Farmer's Market place, Long Acre Farms!
And I just got my batch of freshly cooked brown rice in my refrigerator too! Into a 1980 Tupperware container my Ex wife and I bought at Malwart, back in our daze! John Kuthe... |

I hand wash all my old Tupperware in hot soapy water once then rinse in hot water. Done and clean. Set on the rack to air dry. |

Yes, St. Louis is a famous mango growing area. Looking at pictures of their establishment, I see they buy produce the same way every grocery store in your area does. Foxy brand celery, out of season berries in plastic boxes, bananas, "baby" carrots. Sure, they have local produce when it's in season. What's in season now? Parsnips? Cindy Hamilton |

Just because the name of the place contains the word "Farms" doesn't mean they don't buy produce from other sources, especially when it comes to tropical fruit. I suppose if they had pineapples in stock he'd assume those were locally grown, too. Jill |
