Is it possible to retrofit a cabinet that hold a 27 inch double wall oven to fit a 30 inch oven?

You will have to cut away surrounding cabinet wood to make it fit. As
far as electrics go, it will be fine. It is just a matter of whether
you can find room space around your current oven A carpenter can
add wood to make everything all look the same and he can adjust
adjacent cabinets and doors to work.

Google is your friend. Look up oven shrinkers to see if there is someone
local.

You can't fit a 30" block in a 27" hole. How wide is the cabinet
holding the present one? Since 30" is a common size, if that is what
you have it can be modified to fit. If not, out of luck. We can't see
what you have to work with.

I'm pretty sure that I could do it. I can't say if a normal person could.

You make it sound so easy ... it must be pretty cheap - not . It
depends on how wide the cabinet in question is on the inside . Sometimes
they make them with wider face frame rails , but I wouldn't bet in it in
this case . SOMETIMES if it's the last cabinet in a run and there's
enough clear wall space next to it you can fabricate a wider face frame
and rebuild the cabinet wider - and match finish the new face frame .
It's a lot easier to just get another 27" oven unit .

Since cabinets are traditionally measured by the outside dimension ,
a nominal 30" cabinet would only be *28 1/2" inside ... however 32" wall
cabinets of this type are not uncommon , and would be 30 1/2" inside ,
which makes it possible (barely) by modifying the face frame .
* Assumes 3/4" side panels .
